You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws or regulations

Violations may result in access restrictions, account suspension or termination, or cooperation with law enforcement. Termination due to violations does not necessarily entitle the user to a refund.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are processed through third-party platforms such as Google Play and Stripe. Billing, renewals, and refund policies are governed by the rules of the respective platform. We do not store complete payment card information.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We make no warranties regarding fitness for a particular purpose, continuous connectivity, or error-free operation. We bear no liability for disruptions arising from third-party networks, device issues, or events of force majeure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YangTech LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the service fees actually paid by you during the most recent billing cycle.
