To provide a stable and secure connectivity service, we collect the following types of information:

• Account Information: email address, used for account creation, authentication, and subscription synchronization across devices.
• Device Information: device model, operating system version, application version, language preference, and unique device identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID). Used solely to limit concurrent connections per account and for fraud prevention.
• Connection Metadata: timestamps, region, and aggregated data volume — used for service operation and quality monitoring.
• Advertising Identifiers: collected with user consent for ad personalization and frequency capping. Users may reset or opt out of advertising IDs through device settings.
• Payment Information: payments are processed by third-party providers (Google Play Billing or Stripe). We do not store or have access to full payment card details.

2. No-Logs Commitment

We uphold a strict no-logs policy with respect to your connectivity activity:

• We do not track, monitor, or record your browsing history, traffic destinations, or data content.
• We do not log source IP addresses or destination IP addresses associated with user activity.
• We do not store DNS queries.

3. Third-Party Advertising

NovaLinks uses third-party advertising networks to display ads to free-tier users. These networks may collect and process information according to their own privacy policies:

• Google AdMob — policies.google.com/privacy
• Unity LevelPlay — unity.com/legal/privacy-policy
• AppLovin — applovin.com/privacy

We also use Google Play Services and Stripe for payment processing and analytics. These third parties collect data according to their own privacy policies.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard encryption (AES-256) to protect data in transit. While we use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide the Service or to comply with legal obligations.

• In-App Deletion: delete your account and all associated data via the "Settings > Delete Account" menu within the app.
• Email Request: contact [email protected] to request data deletion.

Once an account is deleted, all associated subscription data and personal information will be permanently removed from our servers within 7 business days.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of personalized advertising
• Withdraw consent for processing where consent is the legal basis

We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users in the European Economic Area and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) for California residents. 8. Children's Privacy

NovaLinks is not directed to children under 13 years of age (or the equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided personal information should contact us immediately.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your country of residence. We take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
